      1. How can Winford Foods help my business?

      Winford Foods carries hundreds of quality products to help you improve your sales and profitability of your business. Through the various channels of distribution we serve, we can find the right product mix and program to cater to your customers. From gas and convenience to off-shore containers we can accommodate your request.

      Our customers are partners whom we serve and we will provide solutions quickly to provide value in our business relationships.       Speak to our Account Managers to see how our various marketing programs can help you gain sales lift. We have a marketing department and our own demo staff (within the Toronto GTA area) who can help with your store sales.

      Not all our products are listed on our website. Contact us and we will mail you our catalogue.

      4. How can I get a price list of your products?

      After your New Account Credit Application Form is submitted and approved, sales representatives are available to discuss your sales program.

      5. I am a new wholesale customer. How can I place an order?

      Wholesale orders will be accepted after a New Account/Credit Application has been completed and sent to us for verification. Depending on the speed of responses from your references, it can take up to five (5) business days for the new account to be opened.

      6. I am a retail customer, how do I find your products?

      Contact us with the particular product you are looking for and we will direct you to the closest store(s) to where you are.

      7. How long will it take to receive my order?

      Orders within the Toronto GTA will be delivered within 48 hours, if the order is placed by 2:00 p.m. Given that shipping has set geographical delivery routes each day of the week, it may take additional time depending on what day of the week your order was placed. Please speak to your Account Manager for the best day of the week to place your order so there are no delays.
      For transport deliveries we require two days (48 hours) to assemble the order for shipment.

      8. What is the minimum order required? What about freight rates outside the Toronto GTA?

      A minimum order of $350.00 is required for Toronto GTA for free delivery, $500.00 for transport shipments. For any additional freight surcharges to your delivery area, please contact our order desk for more details.
